i love when people say...

"One of the problems I have is that I have always built muscle very fast when I train but the cravings for protein when training are unbearable so I guess I just give in to those cravings which I think is mother nature telling me I need to eat some dead animal’s flesh in order to get the recovery time I need."

I really think this is nonsense. Here's my take: Meat (like other foods) has chemicals. If you eat certain chemicals your whole life or for a long time, and then you cut that from your diet, don't be surprised your body naturally craves those same chemicals when you starve yourself of them. This kind of craving is predictible and natural, but it doesn't have anything to do with nutrition deficiencies, any more than when a crack head misses crack during those first few months of rehab. For 99% of people, IMHO.
